I have pictures of them and some look really cool. Are there procedures, as we do that?

I saw with some of them what looks like a nail in the paste timber. How to avoid getting splinters in the ears?

Question abroad. Could be a tire with a wooden toothpick (s)? Or use it for the PIN?
